1967 ES-175D Sunburst Item Description
This is a vintage 1967 Gibson ES-175D in Sunburst still in great condition. It’s a fully hollowbody electric featuring a laminate maple body, mahogany neck with a rosewood board and split parallelogram inlays and two Gibson Patent humbuckers with the original wiring harness in there. The guitar has its share of light playwear around the body with a strap button added to the heel and a fret dress performed at some point. There’s still a ton of life left in the frets before it needs a full refret. The truss rod turns as it should, and there is a bit of binding sinking on the bass side of the fretboard, no structural issues with this guitar whatsoever. It’s a wonderful piece and we absolutely love those gold reflector witch hat knobs against the sunburst finish. A non-original case is included.
