Custom Shop Style 2 Surf Green Masterbuilt Metal Joe Williams Item Description
This awesome guitar is part of a series of Charvel Style 2 guitars we commissioned from Masterbuilder ‘Metal’ Joe Williams, and it does not disappoint! This Style 2 has roasted ash body and given an excellent relic’d Surf Green finish. The neck is a beautiful piece of roasted flame maple, loaded up with 24 jumbo frets, plain maple dot inlays, and a compound 12-16″ fretboard radius. We gave the guitar two DiMarzio double-cream humbuckers wired to a 3-way switch and a mini-toggle between the volume and tone to split the pickups. As far as hardware goes: a Gotoh 510 2-point tremolo and a sturdy set of locking Schaller tuners. If you want a high-performance Charvel Custom Shop piece, it’s hard to beat this Style 2!
