Katana Set-Neck Black 1985-1986 Item Description
Here’s a rare one from Fender Japan! A Katana set-neck model finished in black. These were only made for a few years in the late 80s before Squier took the model over. This one has been modded with a pair of Fishman Fluence humbuckers with a push-pull voicing control under the tone knob, and a Floyd Rose locking tremolo instead of the original Fender System 1 tremolo. The guitar has a heavy amount of playwear around it; dings and dents with paint chipping off of the body corners. It plays smoothly with a super-low action and includes the original case with tremolo arm.
Includes: Hardshell Case and Tremolo Arm
