J-160 John Lennon Peace Acoustic-Electric 2005 Item Description
An excellent addition to a Beatles collection and just an overall cool guitar – this is a used 2005 Gibson J160E John Lennon “Peace” model replicating the natural look of Johns J160E after he stripped the finish in 1969. The guitar has its signature P-90 pickup in the neck with master volume and controls along with an adjustable saddle. There is a ding on the bottom near the output jack and a small dent on the top near the fretboard. The truss rod on the guitar is closed to at maximum for straightening the neck – there’s still a bit of room to go. The saddle has also been lowered – currently the action sits at 2.5mm at the low E and 2mm on the high E. It’s still super comfortable to play! It is number 224 out of 750 made.
