This was a special run of Les Pauls from 2005 built to raise awareness and funds for musicians who lost their instruments in Hurricane Katrina, this is the Gibson Les Paul “Music Rising”. It’s #29 out of 300 guitars built, and each one was one of a kind with hand-painted tops and imperfections all around the wood to show the devastation of the storm. This Music Rising Les Paul is still in overall excellent shape with all wear around the body original to how Gibson intended it to look, and the original case is included.
