This was an instant-sell out here, so it’s fun to get a used piece: a 2022 PRS Robben Ford McCarty 594. This was a super limited run of only 200 guitars built for the legendary guitrist. Features include a mahogany body and maple top, Pattern profile mahogany neck with an African blackwood fretboard, and Robbens signature pickups. Meticulously dialed in by Ford and Smith throughout the R&D process, these pickups are tuned to deliver loud, clear, and full tone across the spectrum. Never too dark or overpowering, these pickups are paired with a single volume and tone control, 3-way toggle pickup selector, and a single mini-toggle switch that splits both pickups into single coils. A final touch: Paul Reed Smith signed the logo of each headstock and Robbens signature is on the back plate. This guitar is in overall excellent shape with very light surface marks on the back, no dents or dings!
