This is the new, limited edition 50th Anniversary Taylor Builder’s Edition 314ce LTD, limited to only 1974 pieces worldwide. The 314ce is built with either a Kona Burst or Natural top finish both in the Silent Satin treatment. Tonewoods used are a sitka spruce top paired with urban ash back and sides, chamfered body edges, the unique beveled armrest resign and a curve wing bridge for ultimate comfort.
Cosmetically we have silver side dots, Compass fretboard inlays, a firestripe pickguard and ebony bridge pins with gold dots. Tonally, with the urban ash back and sides you’re going to get a guitar that combines the properties of mahogany and koa: a focused, even response that complements a wide range of playing styles!
